Return & Refund Policy
SweetyTreatyCo. does NOT accept returns on any edible products due to safety concerns. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund/exchange. All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team.
All orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives in mint condition. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasions, orders get damaged. SweetyTreatyCo. offers a full replacement on products determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item please email us "Damaged Package", you will need to provide photos of the damaged product to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement.
Your order can be canceled within 48 hours of your order as long as the order hasn’t already shipped.
